Lucia, split in two by her own hand, arrived in Gotham with half of her soul.
Rain fell over the gothic city. Its gloomy weather was just like the people who lived there, and seemed to reject outsiders.
She spotted a stylish, dazzling-looking guy. Was his name Richard Grayson?
People came and went, all sneaking glances at him. Lucia didn't really want to go over and meet up with him, even though officially he was supposed to be her big brother.
Because of her other half, Lucia didn't care much for overly dazzling, showy people, so she walked right past Richard and headed to Wayne Manor by herself.
That was her first time meeting Richard, and she didn't like him much.
Her other self had taken all her usual skills, so Lucia had no choice but to try out new abilities. It was always raining in Gotham, and amid the sound of the rain, she heard Gotham's voice.
The heart of the city? A pretty good new ability.
This city called Gotham loved its Dark Knight far too much. Every second Lucia resonated with Gotham, she could hear the city calling for its knight. To avoid becoming a go-between for Gotham and Batman, Lucia decided to move to another city.
Tonight, a torrential downpour fell over Bludhaven. Lucia picked up her umbrella. She was going to find a certain overworked gentleman.
She really couldn't understand why someone could work as a cop by day and a vigilante by night, and still be in such good shape.

The rain sent huge waves crashing through Bludhaven Harbor. Amid the surging waters, a gigantic whale revealed its enormous body. It opened its tooth-filled maw and swallowed the criminals causing trouble in the harbor, then licked its lips, still hungry for more.
Though it looked terrifying, Nightwing knew that it was Bludhaven.
And above Bludhaven, a silver-haired woman held out her hand to him as she stood beneath an umbrella.
