The Gentle Wild Dog

Qiu Nuo was an orphan. When he was seven, the head of the Pei family brought him home. Officially, he was the Pei family's adopted son, but in reality, he was a young master's study companion, or perhaps just a punching bag.

But he was unruly and aggressive. He ate like a starving wolf cub, and when people scolded him, he would raise his bony little fists.

From Old Master Pei to the household servants, nobody liked him.

Except Pei Ze.

Pei Ze was not yet six when his parents died, leaving him with a volatile temperament. No one in the Pei family dared go near him.

Then his second uncle brought home a skinny boy and told him, "When you're angry, just hit him. He's mute, so he won't cry out."

The well-behaved, pretty little mute nervously pressed his lips together. He took half an apple out of his pocket, oxidized because he had been saving it, rubbed it anxiously with his hand, and offered it to Pei Ze.

Pei Ze looked at him once, and could never look away again.

Not for the rest of his life.

[The bottom's muteness is caused by trauma and will be cured]
