Volleyball: One Hit and They're Speechless

Yusuke Saito has been pretty free lately, after returning home from coaching abroad.

So free that he’s been running back and forth between Tokyo and Miyagi.

Seeing the man who’d come to visit the old coach, Keishin Ukai was flooded with all the old grudges from their days at the Spring High. He turned around and immediately messaged Manabu Naoi, Nekoma’s long-time rival.

Back in their year, everyone knew Yusuke Saito, the “Hand of God.”

He’d led Shiratorizawa to crush the competition at both the Interhigh and Spring High, becoming a shadow that loomed over them all.

Manabu Naoi replied: “Yeah. I got absolutely destroyed when I came on as a substitute.”

Keishin Ukai: %#@&*!

Karasuno: “Wait, what did Coach Ukai just say? He wants us to set the ball for Coach Saito?”

Make Coach Saito, who’s in a wheelchair, play volleyball?! [Stunned.jpg]

#Confirmed! The Karasuno volleyball club’s coach is the biggest villain!

Nekoma: “Wait, what’s the team manager sitting on? Coach Saito’s wheelchair??”

Stealing Coach Saito’s mobility aid and making him chase after it?! [Confused.jpg]

#Confirmed! Nekoma High’s team manager is the biggest villain!

...The coaches don’t act human, and they don’t treat Coach Saito like a human either.

Watching the monster feast unfold, we down here can’t help remembering who we once were.

*In the same year as Keishin Ukai of Karasuno High and Manabu Naoi of Nekoma High.

*Watching the spectacle of youth together: Spring High!
