My Childhood Friend Is Extremely Possessive

The Tokugawa family is one of Japan's most prominent conglomerates, involved in every industry and controlling nearly half of the country's economic lifeblood. The other half is in the hands of the Gojo family, one of the three prestigious old families. These two families are powerful enough to change Japan with a single move, yet they share a tale that never fails to tug at the heartstrings. Tokugawa Shuya, the heir who grew up surrounded by medicine bottles. Gojo Satoru, the heir revered by his family as a divine child. With both families' tacit approval, the two grew up together and became inseparable childhood friends. Nobody could resist Gojo Satoru when he softened up and acted cute, and Tokugawa Shuya was no exception. [He likes Gojo Satoru.] But then Tokugawa Shuya had a dream that felt frighteningly real. After his childhood friend went to some no-name high school, he met his "true love." In the dream, Shuya had two choices, and both led to a bad ending. 1. Confess to Satoru before he went to that no-name school, get together with him, then suddenly die of a vicious illness. 2. After Satoru started attending that no-name school, learn from him that he'd found his "true love," then suddenly die of a vicious illness. He would die either way. And in both scenarios, he and Satoru would never be in love. At first, Tokugawa Shuya thought dreams were the opposite of reality. But as things in real life slowly progressed toward the point where Satoru would be going to that no-name school, he had no choice but to believe it. To put an end to his hopeless unrequited love and let go of his feelings for his childhood friend, Tokugawa Shuya posted online for advice. #How do I gradually distance myself from my clingy childhood friend? The top-voted answer: Just start dating someone. Tokugawa Shuya: Great, I'll make someone up right now. I have a partner. Gentle and considerate, mature and reliable, with distinctive bangs and an eight-pack. Let's keep our distance, okay? (To Satoru-cat) Gojo Satoru: ? Did someone steal my man??? [Cool-headed, rational sickly beauty x sweet, possessive, unhinged man] A fluffy little sweet treat, come on in! Theme: Dreams aren't necessarily real, but my love for you is.
