Chen Er gets tied to the wrong red thread, and that's not all: he also gets an unexpected surprise, a near-death experience that leaves him in a state between life and death. If he can't fall in love with the person fate chose for him, he'll be doomed to be alone forever and will have to keep being a corpse during the day.
