Red Hood Doesn't Need a Deadbeat Dad!

1.

One day, after Bruce adopted Jason, many people gained memories of their own family relationships with Jason in parallel worlds.

So, to protect Jason, Bruce added a psychology course to Jason's schedule and taught it himself.

But this is really a story about finding the justice and love in one's heart, and it begins with their meeting in Crime Alley.

At the same time, there's no doubt that Jason and Bruce love each other.

Red Hood doesn't need a deadbeat dad.

--It's just that sometimes the ability to love may be more important than love itself.

Anxiety, attachment, avoidance...

Bruce isn't very good at dealing with these things, and Jason never learned how to love properly.

So why does family hurt us?

Why do we always hurt the people we love most?

Is love really enough?

Even if we love each other, would we be better off apart?

Perhaps a few variables can help them find new answers.

Warnings:

1.

Jason/Bruce, no preference for top or bottom.

Yes, Jason is the first to develop romantic feelings and then forces Bruce to confront his own feelings, but Bruce has a very strong moral compass from beginning to end, to the point that he's sometimes at a loss.

2.

Happy ending.

3.

I personally think everyone in this family has problems with self-worth, trust, and socializing, to varying degrees... It's unavoidable after they've sacrificed so much for their vigilante work.

But among all of them, Jason is the worst at dealing with intimate relationships. That's because of his experiences and personality, but even Damian is better than him at handling close relationships in certain ways.

So I want to add a few variables at the start of the story and relationship between him and Bruce, and see what they might become in the end.

Also, Jason is described as an expert in criminal psychology, but I haven't seen much of that come up in the current plot, so I plan to write about it.
