[Complete! Go ahead and binge it~] My name is Li Li, and I'm an emperor. Before I transmigrated, my childhood friend usually called me Lily. The throne is hard and cold. Sitting on it, all I can see is a row of ministers' trembling backsides. As a puppet emperor with the court in the hands of treacherous officials, I have only three things to do at court each day: nod, yawn, and count how many backsides are left to look at. I miss my recliner. And I really miss my childhood friend. The realm is in turmoil, and the smoke of eleven rebel armies is closing in on the imperial capital. They all claim to be fighting to save the throne, while I'm a puppet emperor who doesn't understand a thing. All I can do is use my personal treasury to help the people of the capital whenever I can, right under the noses of the treacherous officials. Anything beyond that is out of my hands. Then one day, a letter from the rebels arrived in my hands: “Lily, How are you? I'm boss now, wait for me.” My eyes filled with tears. With trembling hands, I picked up my brush and wrote: “I'm fine, thank you.” From then on, I had one more thing to do while sitting on the dragon throne wait for my childhood friend to march into the capital and overthrow me. ...QAQ The treacherous officials keep giving me scarier and scarier looks. The rules forbid him from revealing that he's transmigrated, or his soul will be annihilated. Yin Zhu grits his teeth and pulls the great general onto the dragon bed. By morning, Yin Zhu regrets it so much he could tear his hair out. He nearly thought he was going to die in bed. ...No wonder he's my idol! * After dying unjustly, Zong Ce is reborn in the year he first entered the palace. He finally gives up on the emperor completely and begins secretly conspiring with Prince Qi to seize the throne. He even endures humiliation and plays the emperor's favorite in order to regain command of the army. That man once solemnly promised him, “I will reclaim our lands and give you a peaceful, prosperous age.” At first, Zong Ce scoffed at the promise. Gripped by resentment, he took his anger out on the other man in bed every time. Later, the realm was pacified, the four seas submitted, and envoys from every nation came to court. Zong Ce regretted his earlier roughness and devoted himself to treating the man he loved with tenderness and care. On the day he returned victorious, he rode home with eager anticipation, only to hear that someone at court had accused him of conspiring with Prince Qi to rebel. The palace sent him poisoned wine. He sent away his subordinate, who urged him to force his way into the palace, then calmly bowed to accept the emperor's command and drank the poison in one gulp. Still, he couldn't help hoping he might see that man one last time. When he woke again, he found the emperor lying in his arms with his clothes disheveled, eyes red as he looked at him with a pained expression. “Idol, you've suffered so much. No wonder you've been acting so strangely lately... I thought you couldn't perform!” Zong Ce: ? A fanboy emperor who is hopelessly devoted to his idol, pursued by a capable, loyal general.
