Magical Girl, Intuition Solves the Case!

I am Nekoshikiya Anzu.

After arguing with my boyfriend, I headed back to Japan, only to run into a massive plane explosion along the way.

To save my own life, I had no choice but to accept the shady fairy's unfair terms and become a magical girl who upholds justice.

Monsters can kill people, and so can bad guys.

Nekoshikiya Anzu can only detect malice, with no way to tell whether someone is human or a ghost. To protect humanity, she has no choice but to keep running to crime scenes from time to time.

Mihua Town, known as "Asia's Little Gotham."

Surrounded by detectives with the most over-the-top reputations, Anzu has to come up with fresh, eye-opening deductions if she wants to snatch suspects right out from under their noses.

And so...

"The moment I walked in, you started looking around nervously, shaking your leg and smoking. You're obviously no good."

"Heaven and earth, spirits and saints, Buddha, show your power! Great Buddha above, Earth God, heed my call! The culprit is... you!"

"Officer, look, he stepped over the threshold with his left foot first. His hands are surely stained with blood. Arrest him!"

Everyone: Hey, that's not deduction at all, you're just spouting nonsense!

Later, as the cases were solved, everyone realized that although her methods were ridiculous, Nekoshikiya Anzu managed to call out the culprit and guess the method of each crime every single time. Things started to feel a little strange.

The detectives: Could this girl really be a genius?

Nekoshikiya Anzu: Well, sure.

Theme: Never underestimate a character aimed at children
