Cloudside Manhunt [Cybercrime Investigation]

Ling Chao, a star in criminal investigation, was left with only his head after sustaining severe injuries.

His consciousness was uploaded to a cloud-based world, where he continued helping the police solve cases.

The administrator Z was omnipotent, rebuilding reality for him and helping him solve cold cases. Ling Chao thought that even without a body, he could still "live" here.

But before long, Ling Chao uncovered truths in the cloud-based world that he had never known. His fellow officer had stolen credit for his work, his boyfriend of seven years had been cheating on him behind his back, and his best friend was the mastermind who had left him gravely injured!

But he was trapped in the cloud-based world and couldn't do anything!

Just when he was at his most helpless, Z's consciousness broke through the virtual barrier and entered his world for the first time.

"Friends and lovers will betray you. Your body will leave you. I'm the only one who will stay by your side forever."

"Ling Chao, let me become the blade you use to take your revenge."

After they made a deal, Ling Chao's consciousness was transmitted through the cloud System into an unfamiliar body.

He stood before a mirror, touching his unfamiliar, soft skin. Z's voice sounded in his mind. "Now you can control this body and do whatever you want..."
