A friend has something come up, and Yu Guo has some free time over the holiday, so he agrees to cover a few days of his friend's KFC delivery shifts.

Not long after he takes his first order on the first day, the customer calls him.

"Hello." The voice on the other end is quiet. "I'm the one who just ordered to Chun Jiang Yue Ye."

Ordering food and already in a hurry to eat?

Yu Guo grabs his helmet and hurries toward KFC. "I'll be there soon."

"No rush!" the girl says. Then she asks tentatively, "Um, here's the thing. My place isn't in McDonald's delivery range, so... could you pick up a large fries from the McDonald's across from KFC while you're there?"

?

Perhaps it's the silence as Yu Guo looks back and forth between KFC and McDonald's.

The girl adds, "I'll pay you an extra 20 yuan for delivery."

Yu Guo nods. "Okay."

For the sake of McDonald's fries, Jiang Xiang, who doesn't usually add strangers on WeChat, adds the delivery rider.

After they become friends, she sends him a 20-yuan red packet, which he quickly accepts.

Then, 50 minutes later, she stands outside the courtyard and watches a racing motorcycle that looks incredibly expensive and unbelievably cool head toward her home.
