Akashi, Whose Condition Is Chuunibyou

Shuangyue Rin saw her fiance for the second time on television.

As captain of Teiko Middle School's basketball team, he led them to the championship with overwhelming strength and was given an extremely chuuni title.

The Generation of Miracles? That is way too cool!

Still, she felt like something about him had changed.

That strange feeling was confirmed after she entered Rakuzan High School. After all, she could clearly see that her fiance's eye color had changed.

Most importantly, the gentle and polite fiance she'd first met had now become incredibly domineering.

"I like him either way, but could he be sick?"

Unable to figure out what was wrong and full of worry, Shuangyue Rin turned to her older brother, who was busy making a name for himself as an idol, for help.

It is perfectly normal for the heir to a financial dynasty to have an arranged fiancee.

A young lady from a prestigious Kyoto family, with refined manners and exquisite looks, had nothing he could possibly find fault with in a future wife.

Until they officially met, he had assumed she was that kind of woman.

But after spending time with her, he realized he had judged too soon. The descriptions he had heard were accurate, but she was more than that.

Impossible to read: that was what he thought of both of them.

"Why don't you just ask me?"

"I can answer anything Rin wants to know."

After welcoming his fiancee back to the apartment they shared, the red-haired boy stood with his back to the night beyond the window, his eyes tightly shut and his expression unreadable.

"Let's talk this over. Can I wish for both of them?"

Reader's guide:

1. The CP is the dual-personality team captain.

2. I love both Akashi personalities, so Ore-Aka and Boku-Aka will end up in a kind of blended, not-quite-blended state. Neither one will disappear. (Two fiances for the price of one!)

3. For personal reasons, Rakuzan will keep winning. Please avoid this if that's not your thing.

4. A magical world is included, but the main setting is still sports anime. (Though the superpowers in sports anime seem more miraculous than magic, don't they?)

Theme: Love means accepting every part of someone.
