The Bizarre Love Between a Bad-Tempered Pikachu and Hei Ze Jun

Every cute little Pikachu has a destined human to scoop its poop. The will of the world uses all kinds of methods to deliver every hungry, squeaking Pikachu to its human.

But the Pikachu in this story is different. He's extremely clever, but also extremely ill-tempered, and he can't stand his human.

Hei Ze-Jun, who escaped the murky world of the distillery, can't stand this grumpy Pikachu either. But once the bond between pet and owner is formed, it can't be undone.

A man and a Pikachu begin a chaotic life together.

P.S. Probably a short story (probably, but I'm not sure).
