When I Became a Detective Magic User

In the real world, Seicho Matsumoto is a renowned author who pioneered social detective fiction. In the world of anime, Seicho Makino is just a corporate drone of a police officer in Yokohama. Then one day, he suddenly becomes a wizard: whenever he makes physical contact with someone, he can tell what they're thinking. That's when he realizes there are hardly any ordinary people in this world! The baby-faced King of Part-Time Work is actually a member of a criminal organization, while the passerby he runs into at night is an undercover public security agent. Tokyo is either hiding eight eggs or conducting human experiments... But as long as evil organizations exist, his dream of climbing to the top of the National Police Agency is still a long way off! So he decides to take the roundabout route to saving the country, starting by bringing peace to Yokohama: Collector Tatsuhiko? He loves collecting so much, let's turn him into a figurine! Not enough police officers? Let's bring Matsuda's curly hair over from Tokyo! That short gravity manipulator looks so much like me, no, wait, I'm an only child. I don't have a younger brother! Overworked Ango: You're so capable. Come work for the Special Division for Unusual Powers. A certain bandaged executive he thinks has daddy issues: Stay away from Oda Sakunosuke. :) His sincere friend, Oda Sakunosuke: Huh? Seicho's a really nice guy. As he makes things messier and messier in Japan, he also considers running off to Varia: "Sharky, is it too late for me to become the Cloud Guardian?" "Does the Vongola have a pill that can make you shrink?" "I met someone with daddy issues. Should I introduce him to the boss?" "I think I'm actually going to become the head of the National Police Agency..." His bad-tempered colleague replies quickly: "You already are! No! Get lost! Sure, next time I'll kill you!" Reader's Guide: 1. Characters may be out of character. The protagonist is an absolute neutral with occasional malicious humor, a seafood seller trying his best to be a police officer! 2. The premise is inspired by the Japanese manga and drama Thirty Years Old, Virginity Can Make You a Wizard (the original work has only one same-sex couple). 3. A crossover with various anime. Some characters only make brief appearances, and you can enjoy the story even if you haven't read the related works. 4. Some anime universes will have a normal-world setting. Since this is a crossover, certain characters and timelines may differ slightly from their original works. 6.
