I Fell for Shiratorizawa's Ace Instead

[Updates have been a little irregular lately. Updating according to the rankings...] [Important note] The early chapters have a "yuri" angle because the heroine pursues Qingshui at first, but it is entirely due to the protagonist's admiration and pursuit of "beautiful things" and has nothing to do with a proper romantic relationship! The actual romantic storyline is straight romance, and Ushijima is still the final pairing! Mosu Shenli fell in love at first sight with the senior manager of her school's volleyball club. When Atobe found out, he laughed maniacally and smashed a wall... He watched his cousin fall in love just like always, pick up the manager every day, and even promise to attend every one of the club's matches from then on! Atobe hung up, rubbing his temples. "Why don't you just let a volleyball hit some sense into you?" But Mosu Shenli happily watched the volleyball club advance all the way to the prefectural finals. During the grueling final, she effortlessly fell for the opposing team's third-year ace! Mosu Shenli tried desperately to steady her pounding heart, then struggled to walk over to the opposing ace, who was still stretching, and boldly made her invitation. "Hey, handsome, can I invite you to fall in love with me?" The opposing ace, Ushiwaka, blinked expressionlessly and turned her down with utter seriousness. "Sorry, I have to refuse." Mosu Shenli didn't mind at all and began her relentless pursuit of love. She kept creating chances to run into him, sneaking into his school, watching his practices... Then, as if history were repeating itself, when she went to Tokyo to cheer for her own school's volleyball club, she fell in love at first sight all over again, this time with the captain of the opposing school. Ushijima, who had finally gotten used to Mosu Shenli constantly staking out his school, was no longer calm. Weren't you going to fall in love with me? Why have you fallen for someone else again?!!! Some time later, Atobe remembered to check in on his cousin's love life. Mosu Shenli linked arms with Ushijima and proudly puffed out her chest. "That's right, we're together!" [The first draft of this blurb was completed on March 15, 2022, and revised on May 14, 2022.] [Goofy, clueless heroine x serious, earnest ace] P.S. Almost no match descriptions. A goofy slice-of-life school story, with plenty of heroine content and lots of authorial liberties. [Completed fic] [Haikyuu!!] Can I Touch Your Ears? by An Suzi and Hinata Shoyo! Theme: Love is about two people making their way toward each other.
