The Idiot Oikawa Still Hasn't Finished Reflecting

▌Blurb "What's It Like to Be Oikawa's Girlfriend?" Thanks for asking. I'm this guy's ex-girlfriend. We broke up this morning. A word of advice, girls: don't let his good looks cloud your judgment. Dating a popular guy like him is exhausting, and he's a real jerk, too! The time before last before last, he talked to me about volleyball for three hours, mentioning Iwa-chan at least once every minute on average. The time before last, we went to the movies on a date, and he kept saying the male lead reminded him of his adorable junior. Last time, we went to a volleyball match, and he spent the whole time gazing adoringly at the player wearing jersey number 10. This morning I told him my horoscope said my unlucky number today was one, and his jersey number was one, so we broke up. P.S. I just can't take it anymore. I don't think he likes me. I even suspect I'm just a beard! I'm going to date Ushijima from Shiratorizawa to get back at him! A hunk like Ushijima is bound to heal me! Update five days later Damn it, Ushijima said Oikawa was a great guy and asked why I'd broken up with him. I think he's got a problem, too! Update one month later Girls... run... there's something wrong with all those volleyball players... Update three months later We got back together... I hate that I'm so shallow about looks... Oikawa still hasn't realized what he did wrong, but this time I've figured it out: if you can't beat them, join them. Whenever he talks volleyball, I'll compliment Iwa-chan once a minute. Whenever we go on a date, every guy I see will look as handsome as Kageyama. Whenever we watch a volleyball match, I'll bring all my Shoyo merch. Come on, let's hurt each other!!! ·The main story is told in third person. The blurb's premise doesn't appear until the middle and later parts. ·Please don't mention other authors or their works in my comments, and don't mention me in other people's comment sections either. Orz [Content warning] In Chapter 23, the heroine loses an Olympiad math competition. To set up her characterization, I arbitrarily chose two Blue Lock characters to play a part in the events, which made some readers uncomfortable. First of all, I'm very sorry. This was a problem with my plot setup. I made assumptions without considering that readers unfamiliar with the original work might get the wrong impression of these two characters. I'll do my best to avoid controversial plot points in the future, though my perspective is limited and I may still miss things, so feel free to point them out. I hope my plot choices won't make anyone misunderstand the fictional characters. (bows) ▌Currently serializing: "I Dreamed I Married Ushijima, So I Confessed to Him" I'm Takanashi, an utterly ordinary member of Shiratorizawa's art club. I often go watch the boys' volleyball team practice to find inspiration, and get to admire the ace's incredible muscles while I'm at it. But one day, I opened my eyes and found myself in the same bed as the boys' volleyball ace. And, as luck would have it, there was a huge wedding photo hanging over the bed. Could there be anything better?! I calmly watched the married version of the ace leave the bedroom, then immediately grabbed my phone and asked my friend what was going on. “You have to believe me. I really have no memory of what happened in between!” “When I woke up this morning and saw Ushijima, I was so shocked. His pecs are amazing. Oh, no, I'm a little confused right now, but his muscles really are perfect for modeling... Our wedding photo is so huge, and Ushijima looks so handsome in a suit...” “Um, so when did I get married?” After getting an earful, I hung up and suddenly understood. It must be a prophetic dream! Could my witch bloodline have finally awakened?! Ushijima came back into the bedroom, holding the hand of a three-year-old child. The child raised their adorable little face and said solemnly, “Mom, don't stay in bed!” Me: “Huh?
