In his fifth month, he discovered that he could not only hear people’s thoughts, but also change them. For instance, he could make his golden-haired, dark-skinned neighbor bake cheesecake for him all day. In his sixth month, he caught another high-ranking member of the Black Organization, only to discover that this one was undercover too! Is this some kind of curse? Big Brother, you can’t stay in this organization! It has no future! If you really want to work in this line of business, your little brother here is the boss! If you don’t like that, you can always join my senior brother’s organization, the Vongola Family! Kurosawa Hideaki is once again a guiding light for Japan’s police force today. Kurosawa Hideaki: The answer is obvious at a glance. If you need me to stuff the bait into your mouths like I’m feeding goldfish, then have your payment ready. Case reports? Boring statements. If I have to teach you how to write a case report, that’s an insult to the profession of policing. Money is just a string of numbers. Watching those numbers grow is nothing out of the ordinary for me. What? Cheesecake? Fine, I’m willing to give you ten more minutes of my patience. Reader’s guide: = This is a plot-driven story, with very little romance with Amuro and lots of cases. The male lead is the smartest character in the story, but the author is an idiot. His character was inspired by Reid and Sherlock. = There are no, absolutely no, side pairings in this story! = The male lead’s golden finger lets him hear what other people are thinking, and it will evolve. In the first half, however, he considers it unnecessary because he has no need for it. = Gin loves himself more than the organization. He isn’t an unwavering, one-dimensional villain. (I’m not saying the anime’s Gin is one-dimensional.) = The Black Organization will grow stronger and more implausible, to suit its boss’s status. = Sherlock Holmes and Reid are mentioned in the tags only as character inspirations. They will not appear in the story. = There isn’t much Bungou Stray Dogs content. It’s mostly background, but it will still be there. Theme: Strive to be an exemplary young member of society.
