A fictional Republican-era town, time loops, narcissism, love and hate intertwined [End of Volume 2: Ending One, Looping Open Ending -> End of Volume 3: Ending Two, Bad Ending -> Final Chapter: Ending Three, Happy Ending (in my opinion). Stop wherever you like.]

Someone sends Shen Wugui a letter saying they're still waiting for him. Filled with excitement and longing, Shen Wugui returns to his hometown.

Seeing someone exactly like himself standing before him, he regrets it completely.

But if my death can set you free, then I'll gladly disappear from your memories.

But it turns out you never wanted to forget me. Then let's tumble together on the edge of society's blade. Let's take turns dying and living until you finally betray convention and admit what's in your heart.

--

Don't regret it.

And remember, in life or death, we made a promise to be together.
