After lamenting countless times that life would be so much better if it were Touken Ranbu, that surely people could be little rulers of their own citadels, and that in their next life they wanted to be a Saniwa, Dongyun You finally transmigrates.
---With a Touken Ranbu golden finger, but a cut-down version.
The good news: It's a TKLB world, he has a citadel, and he really is a Saniwa.
The bad news: His power isn't compatible, so he can't forge swords and has to rely on the System's gacha. There are all kinds of rules holding him back, and he has to invest some kind of power to activate things. But without swords, the citadel can't function, and the System still wants him dead.
How is he supposed to be the little emperor of his citadel now?
After being flattened by the System's introduction, Dongyun You crawls around in despair for a while. Then he thinks of the beauty of his swords and grits his teeth as he opens the gacha screen.
Dongyun You is stunned by a whole page of dark character cards: corrupted, broken, and steeped in darkness.
...Good grief, why is this messed-up System into this stuff?
With a heart full of trepidation, Dongyun You pulls, and gets the rarest result on his first try.
It's Mikazuki Munechika, dressed in black with a red lining, his hair an exceedingly deep shade, almost black.
Before Dongyun You can think any further, his attention is captured by the face that suddenly leans close, and by those dark red eyes, each containing a crescent moon. Their close connection carries an almost obsessive sense of intimacy and possessiveness.
...Mommy.
Dongyun You is instantly utterly smitten.
Happily, he throws himself into his miraculous sword-sword gacha, no, into building his citadel. He milks the System for all it's worth, diligently checking in every day, sharing posts to claim resources, and working hard to raise his level...
But nobody told him that the so-called check-ins and shares were snippets of a livestream.
One posted publicly on the most widely used site in the current government.
Only when Dongyun You finally assembles a squad of swords with a little training and sends them out does he come face-to-face with a team of government enforcers.
What the heck! I'm a bad Saniwa? Seriously? Me? Which bastard is spreading that rumor?
Dongyun You runs off in a panic, and from then on watches every word and step.
Slowly, public opinion begins to turn around:
I'm not a bad Saniwa, right, right... Wait, my corrupted swords are manipulating and abusing me? No, no, that's not right either, is it?
How should this connection be described?
Resolute, obsessive, unyielding. Nothing can stand between them or sever their bond. They're so tightly entwined, and clearly both embrace it wholeheartedly.
He willingly opens himself to them, and they willingly become the swords in his hands.

Not a secret-identity story. The sword boys aren't the protagonist's secret identities; they're real sword boys.
