[Complete~]
I've run into a really tricky problem lately.
I wrote a Red Hood novel.
Someone claiming to be the Red Hood sent me a private message, demanding I take down my self-indulgent story about him. If I didn't, he'd track me down through the internet and beat me up.
I've never heard of someone biting the hand that feeds them, so he has to be a fake. Like I'd be scared of him! I boldly replied: Come and get me!
Just as I was savoring my masterpiece over and over, my house was shot full of holes.
The Red Hood invited me to his place, and even arranged for a hospital to examine my brain.
Refusing to admit defeat, I was coming up with an escape plan when a beautiful nurse asked if I wanted to leave with her. The next thing I knew, I'd climbed into a van that had just picked up a bunch of escapees from Arkham.

Nobody knew how there was suddenly an extra person in the van.
“Never seen you before. Whatever. Before we leave, we're going to rob a place for cash. You look like a coward, so keep watch.”
“Uh, I...” I clutched a weapon in my hands, the wind blowing as tears streamed down my face.
The Red Hood walked past me. “Give it to me, good girl.”
Sitting behind the boss on his motorcycle, I said through my tears of gratitude, “Thank you for taking me home, ”
The Red Hood showed no mercy. He threw me into a pitch-black little room and cut off all contact with the outside world.
A few days later...
Jason: “Why can I hear typing in here?”
Me: “You think being locked in a dark room means you don't have to write? Dream on!”
“Ow! That hurts!”
Coming soon: Just Let Me Steal You Away, third-person narration
You never know when disaster will strike. Your mother is taken to the hospital, your landlord shows up demanding months of overdue rent, and all your belongings are thrown out like trash. On top of that, the cracked wounds on your hands sting in the wind. Your lips are dry and split, and you lick the threads of blood seeping out.
You pray for luck to come your way. A warm yellow light shines through a window. A new bakery has opened at the end of the alley, and the owner's daughter is chasing a thief. She doesn't know that the person who accidentally took too much and secretly watched her was you.
You can't go on like this. You need money, and then you'll return what you took from her
A luxury car rarely comes to Crime Alley. It's black, with sturdy tires that would fetch a good price on the black market.
So you take a crowbar and pry off two tires without a hitch. Perfect. You just need to roll them over near the trash cans...
The girl clutches her fingers, both excited and nervous. “Um, could you, uh, put them back on first? I stole this car...”
“I told you, I stole that car. Oh, and I stole those people too. By the way, want me to steal you away as well?”
“Please,” she says, looking at you with shining eyes. “Because I like you so much.”
* First-person narration
* The timeline is a complete mess, so just treat this as an alternate universe.

* Written and posted as I go. If there's no update, it means I haven't written anything. I'm an honest person.
