Tideophobia and Teddy Bear Cookies

Sharp-tongued, fashion-forward cool guy top vs. gentle, cute, fashion-phobic preschool teacher bottom

An accidental, "I didn't know I was into this" romance that starts with a blind date. Also known as Has Mr. Jiang Been Working on His People Skills Today?

An awkward blind date ends badly for Jiang Yi, the owner of a streetwear label, and Jiang Rang, a preschool teacher with a phobia of trendy people.

He thinks the other is as "boring as a mushroom," while the other is afraid he's "a monster who eats children."

They think they'll never see each other again, but Jiang Yi's boutique runs into a flood of bad reviews for being "too aloof."

In a flash of inspiration, he takes the "insider information" he picked up on their blind date and heads straight to the city's best-regarded Rainbow Early Childhood Education Center.

And so begins the ridiculous "professional development" plan:

Jiang Yi hands over his business card. "I want to learn how to seem approachable."

Jiang Rang looks at his "blind date" and, terrified, raises a picture card for teaching children. "F-first, let's learn the colors! This is red!"

One tries his best to prove himself, while the other tries his hardest to teach.

When limited-edition sneakers get "treated" to strawberry yogurt, and the awkward blind date turns into part of their everyday routine...

The trendiest armor discovers that it has already been quietly melted by the warmest lining.
