The Whole Village Thinks the Volunteer Teacher Has a Crush on Me

Straight-talking, tough village Party secretary top × gentle volunteer teacher bottom

My name is Zhao Chunsheng. I'm the third generation of village officials in Lianhua Village, and lately something's been on my mind.

Teacher Li, the volunteer teacher who came from the city, keeps looking at me strangely.

Last time I fixed a lightbulb at the school, he watched me climb the ladder and took three photos.

Yesterday, while I was eating watermelon in the fields, he crouched on the field ridge and sketched me as I ate.

My strategist, Ergou, says these are classic signs of a crush and told me to go ahead and pursue him.

But I found a notebook of his that said "An Observational Report on the Conduct of Rural Officials"...

Wait, so those photos and sketches were all for academic research?
