Reborn in 1981: The Mountain-Hunting Teen's Killing Spree

After the first snowfall of 1981, seventeen-year-old Wang Baoguo secretly sneaks into the remote mountains of the Greater Khingan Range with his childhood friend and two hunting dogs.

In his previous life, he was an unremarkable forest ranger, with no wife or children, who died alone in old age. On a snowy night in 2026, he drank himself to death in the ranger's cabin. When he woke up, he had returned 45 years into the past. The wild boar that would change everything had yet to appear, Chen Tiandao had not yet broken his back, and Chen Lihua had not yet been married off and met a tragic end.

There was still time to change everything.

Reborn in this life with 45 years of hunting experience, Wang Baoguo sets out with a hunting knife in hand and two loyal dogs at his side. Starting with wild boar, he makes a name for himself deep in the mountains. Sable, lynx, black bears, wolves: he hunts every beast others dare not touch. The pelts no one else can sell fetch him thousands of yuan apiece.

While his old enemies scheme over a few pounds of wild boar meat, Wang Baoguo is already driving a truck into the mountains, trading daily necessities for a truckload of frozen beef and mutton and netting over ten thousand yuan in a single deal.

While others are still worrying about their next filling meal, Wang Baoguo has found steady jobs for both families and saved a fortune of over a hundred thousand yuan.

This is no ordinary hunter's story.

It's the fiery legend of an old hunter forgotten by the times, returning to 1981 with all his skills and carving out a path to success in the mountains and the business world.

With the snow sealing off the mountains, it's the perfect time to head into the wilderness.
