Ancient Spirit Mates: The Love Ballad of Tupa and Yala

Music is a secret language that connects the soul to heaven and earth.

Since childhood, Mai has borne the fate of reincarnating as her tribe's spirit musician. When her fingers brush the panpipes, she can awaken distant old dreams slumbering in the rocks and blizzards of the mountains.

But the black fog of eroding sound is slowly sweeping across the plateau. Beautiful songs are being devoured without a sound, and the minds of her people are gradually sinking into desolation.

Fate brings the young man Yaya before her. He can hear the fading echoes of antiquity beneath the earth, and he is the lover bound to her through many lifetimes.

Finding the nine lost sacred songs is their only hope.

The long road ahead is fraught with danger, and the heavy chains of fate weigh on their shoulders. On one side lies the life and death of every soul in their tribe; on the other, a love sought through countless reincarnations, yet so hard to attain.

Torn between the people and her heart, Mai plays a tragic song of love and fate amid the plateau's winds and snow.
