The Vampire Doctor of the Steampunk World

"Yes, I'm in perfect health. I just want to taste blood."

So said a resident of Yorkshire.

Starting one day, everyone who left the White Oak Private Clinic developed the same urge.

Keen is the owner of the White Oak Private Clinic.

He transmigrates to a steampunk world where mysticism and reason coexist, becoming a mediocre doctor.

But he has another identity: vampire.

[Your blood can turn other creatures into vampires. You can also control their thoughts.]

[After drinking the blood of other creatures, you will become stronger and can extract some of their abilities.]

He may not be the empire's first vampire, but he certainly won't be its last. Starting from his clinic, Keen treats his patients, and begins to transform them as well.

The sewer rats, the brilliant detective Sherlock, the bloodthirsty Ripper... Once they accept his blood, they become his kind, part of his grand plan.

Steel and airships, seals and curses, miracles and faith... A vast vampire empire is slowly taking shape on the Old Continent.

Years later.

Amid the roar of steam, the mad Old Gods tear open the veil of the world, then freeze in shock.

"Where have all the humans gone? Why are they all vampires?!"
