I Can See Loopholes in the Rules

A mysterious existence called "Rule Body" descends into reality and covers the entire city into a cold and cruel rule system. Under the gray-white sky, buildings fade, time freezes, and humans "disappear" on a large scale—either replaced with empty shells or absorbed as part of the world. Only a handful of selected people become "observers", struggling to survive in the cracks of the rules.
