The Seventh City of the Rust Era

New London is shrouded in steam and thick fog, also known as the Seventh City of the Rust Era. Towering chimneys puff out industrial waste gas, and giant difference engines plan everything in the city. Reason and order build the shell of steel civilization. But under the tower of reason, the old chaos is quietly resurrecting, and the weirdness and pollution like the deep sea are constantly eroding this fragile mechanical city. The semi-public and semi-secret Tarot Club uses the twenty-two Tarot sequences as the ladder of power and is in charge of abnormal research and order management. However, it is deeply involved in the undercurrent of the struggle between positive and negative positions and the strife of sequences.
