When the entire earth's time falls into an infinite cycle of "one-day prison", only one ancient capital, Chang'an, is counting down. It must travel through the twelve hours within each reset of 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4 seconds (sidereal day) to repair the "time keel" of Chinese civilization.
