These are books from my own shelf that I found interesting and wanted to share. I usually avoid grim, dark stories full of suffering and deep-seated hatred. I prefer something lighter. I also don't like protagonists who have no humanity and are proud of it. The streets are full of beasts already; when I read novels, I want to see people acting like normal human beings.
