"Buddha said: When is the self-nature, it is inherently pure; When is the self-nature, it is not born or destroyed; When is the self-nature, is it self-sufficient; When is the self-nature, is it inherently unshakable; When is the self-nature, is it capable of giving rise to all things."  It is so abstract, pure, non-birth and death, complete, unshakable, and able to generate all dharmas. Only by practicing the Six Paramitas with devotion, observing the precepts and self-cultivation, can progress be made step by step. Let alone anything else. From the scriptures we can see that the important thing in practice is not practice, but action. In "Yang Shen", it is said that the soul can cultivate the nature by calming the mind and leaving the body; the body can cultivate the life by changing the muscles and exchanging blood. In my opinion, it's not really implemented. The training of sexual power cannot be achieved by just sitting around and suffering. If you cultivate it in your body, your virtue will be true. It's not that if you think you have a certain realm, your realm will automatically be superior, but that your practice must be reflected in your physical practice. Just like the sage Wang Yangming's investigation of things. You can't study anything just by staring at a bamboo. You can either use various methods to study the growth, development, and evolution of bamboo; or you can understand that the humble, tenacious and upward spirit of bamboo is reflected in your own behavior. This is called studying things. In the practice of "Yang Shen", various characters only focus on increasing the strength of their souls and euphemistically call it: "cultivation of both life and life." This falls into the category of life skills. It can be seen that it is extremely difficult to truly achieve "both life and life".
