After the Kid Mistook Me for Its Mom

Fengfeng is three years old and has been raised by his father, Shen Fengyu, all alone.

A devoted fan of detective cartoons and an amateur detective, he has decided to find himself a mommy.

After some investigation and deduction, he looks at the only man who has ever appeared in an intimate photo with Shen Fengyu and boldly decides: This must be my mommy.

This is going to be tough. His family is terrifyingly powerful.

His eldest uncle is a decisive CEO, his second uncle an arrogant, free-spirited race car driver, his third uncle a cold-blooded doctor, and his aunt a star as icy as a glacier.

Fengfeng does his best, scurrying around every day on his little arms and legs without Shen Fengyu knowing.

Months later, the whole family accepts that their little brother has a child out of wedlock, and decides to bring him into the family on an auspicious day. Everyone will be there.

Auntie: “Pause my concert. I'll go pick him up.”

Eldest uncle: “Pause my meeting. I'll go pick him up.”

Second uncle: “Pause my race. I'll go pick him up.”

Third uncle: “Keep going with the surgery... You can go pick him up.”

Feng Jinye, who was studying out of town, is dragged back and forced to accept the child of his first love, and take responsibility like a man.

“? Dude, who are you? What do I have to do with you?” Feng Jinye stares at the little kid in front of him, completely exasperated.

His eldest sister kicks him. “Just answer this: did you sleep with your first love or not?”

“...I did, but, ”

“Then that's settled.” Grandpa kicks him too, scoops Fengfeng into his arms, and says, “Sweetheart, bring your mommy here. Don't be scared. We'll get married right away.”

The next day, Shen Fengyu, still groggy from sleep, is led by Fengfeng to an unfamiliar villa.

As soon as he walks in, he sees his ex-boyfriend, whom he broke up with long ago. They stare at each other.

“?”

The other man speaks as if he's already accepted it all. “You gave birth to him?”

The crowd behind him is dumbfounded. “Your mommy... is a man?”
