Wen Mo was blind from birth. After his parents died, he had to live alone. It didn’t go very well. He had long since adapted to life in the dark and could manage all his daily needs by himself. After sitting empty for a long time, the neighboring apartment had new tenants. Wen Mo hesitated, then tried asking them for help. “Sorry, could you tell me which of these is cold medicine?” The conversation stopped abruptly. Wen Mo tilted his head, puzzled. The next second, someone took the box of medicine from his hand. “This one.” A young man’s cool voice rang out. “Two pills at a time, twice a day.” Not only had he told Wen Mo which medicine to take, he’d also explained how to take it. Deeply grateful, Wen Mo thanked him sincerely. “Thank you. You’re so kind. You’re a really good person.” At the time, Pei Zeyang had just been kicked out of his family home after breaking his leg in a street-racing accident. As he endured the agony, his friend watched and shook his head. “Why are you taking this so seriously? He can’t even see you.” “What would you know? He can feel things with his heart.
