The man beside him pulled up the blanket and asked, eyes lowered, “You’ll take responsibility for me, right?” Fang Zhian was speechless. Wait, which one of us slept with the other? But when he realized his one-night stand was actually his former junior at school, things started getting complicated... * Their marriage registration came out of nowhere, and Fang Zhian was still getting to know Huo Mi. Then he started noticing things If they didn’t sleep in the same room after moving in together, Huo Mi would get clingy. If Fang Zhian brought cake to a colleague, Huo Mi would get clingy. If he came home late after taking the senior class out, Huo Mi would get clingy too. So Huo Mi might be written as “President Huo,” but he was pronounced “clingy little brat.” He kept it under wraps in front of other people, but in front of Fang Zhian he was a natural, effortlessly turning it on and off. Fang Zhian thought Huo Mi was just born with a talent for acting cute. That is, until he accidentally opened Huo Mi’s notes app and saw the pinned, bolded entries at the top. “Men Who Act Cute Have Better Luck (2022)” “One Hundred Ways for Men to Act Cute” “Cute Things to Say That Your Husband Will Love (Newlywed Edition)” Fang Zhian: “...Oh. I see.” * One day, Fang Zhian went to Huo Mi’s company and unexpectedly ran into his scumbag ex getting reprimanded. Huo Mi glanced at the documents on the desk and said coldly, “If that’s all you can do, you don’t need to come to work tomorrow.” His ex stumbled out, then froze when he saw Fang Zhian. “What are you doing here?” he asked in shock. “Excuse me.” Huo Mi tapped the desk impatiently. “You’re blocking my husband.” -- * One-on-one | Younger top | Top had a crush on him | Bottom has an ex, but they only dated | Top is sexually inexperienced | Both are sexually inexperienced * Same-sex marriage is legal in this setting. * Slice of life, mainly focused on the couple, with no major plot.
