See the blurb for my new novel next door at the very bottom (*^▽^*)
[Main story complete]
A battle-loving, hopelessly lovesick top × a pampered, gentle beauty bottom
*
I fell for Lin Yusheng the moment I laid eyes on him.
He seemed to like me too. With a little clever maneuvering, I got him to pick up the shabby-looking me and bring me back to Qingyun Sect. He kept me on his peak, where outsiders were rarely allowed, doted on me and spoiled me rotten, and often stared at my face, lost in thought.
I knew what he was thinking. He was looking at me and remembering his old cultivation partner, whose soul had long since scattered. I had been sent by the Demon King to get close to him and seduce him precisely because my face bore some resemblance to that partner's. That's how I met him.
I didn't care. Every day, I'd look at the portrait he'd left lying around and curse his former partner a hundred times in my head. I'd act pitiful and take advantage of him, giving him everything he wanted so that, just like now, he would forget that annoying person and smile gently only at me.
I was good at getting my way. I knew how to fight for what I wanted.
*
From the bottom's perspective, also known as: “My cultivation partner suddenly came back from the dead, but insists he's a pretty-boy substitute and keeps putting himself down. What do I do?” and “I can't help laughing when my resurrected cultivation partner tries every trick in the book to seduce me, convinced he's so clever.”
*Devoted 1v1 couple, happy ending. Stray puppy story, green tea story, fake-substitute story, battle thrills: a little of everything, wrapped in a fluffy romance to help me cope with thesis stress ^_^
Here's the blurb for a novel I'm planning to serialize (*^▽^*)
I knew from the start that Jiang Yungui practiced the Heartless Dao.
He didn't look like other Heartless Dao cultivators. He carried not a sword but an exquisitely carved five-string pipa. His features were striking, and his clothes ornate. Only his eyes gave him away: no matter whom he looked at, they were as clear and still as snow, like a dead well without a ripple.
Falling for someone who practiced the Heartless Dao was a sure way to suffer. Of course I wasn't about to become the 1,093rd person in the cultivation world to fall for Jiang Yungui at first sight.
But he forced me into it.
He sat at the very bottom of an ice cave, claiming to be meditating on his cultivation method. If I didn't carry him out, he'd turn into yet another ice statue in the frigid north, one that would never melt, within an hour.
Carrying him out meant waking him up. Waking him up meant talking to him. Talking to him meant looking into his eyes. And once I looked into his eyes, I couldn't possibly leave him there. Every step of the way, he was forcing my hand.
The elders all warned me that Heartless Dao cultivators were terrifying, that they'd kill anyone they fell for to prove their Dao, and that as young master I absolutely mustn't fall for one!
What a mess. Not one of them realized I was being forced into it.
I'd keep him for two days at most, find out why he was forcing me into this, and then send this top disciple of Xuantian Sect back to the Upper Continent without keeping him a minute longer. Better yet, I'd get some money out of him first.
*
Three months after staying in the Lower Continent, Jiang Yungui decided that Yan Duzhou wasn't quite like the arrogant, wanton, violent young master of the Lower Continent described in the rumors.
Only his extraordinary talent lived up to the stories. Apart from talking a little too much, Yan Duzhou himself was wonderful. He spared no expense to cure Jiang Yungui's poison, went to great lengths to find him a spiritual realm for cultivation, took him flying on a sword all over the Great Wilderness, and brought him all kinds of new and interesting things every day.
It was just that sometimes... he didn't seem very bright.
Pointing at the demon they'd just slain together by the roadside, Yan Duzhou looked aggrieved. “Did you kill him to prove your Dao?”
Kicking a wicked cultivator who lay motionless, Yan Duzhou paced back and forth. “Did you kill him to prove your Dao?”
Kicking the fallen beast a few times, Yan Duzhou gritted his teeth. “Did you kill it to...”
Jiang Yungui wasn't much of a talker. He only knew that when Young Master Yan rambled on about strange things he couldn't understand, grabbing him and giving him a kiss might do the trick.
An elder had taught him this by chance while he was quietly trying to find out what Yan liked. He wasn't sure how it worked.
Yan Duzhou, who had been hopping mad a moment earlier, did indeed shut up, but not for long.
“Didn't I tell you last time? You can't just kiss people! Do you even know what it means to kiss someone?!”
Wasn't it just a little touch? It didn't seem any different from touching someone's arm or hand.
Jiang Yungui shook his head and waited for him to explain.
Yan Duzhou stammered for ages without getting a word out. At last, he murmured something even stranger. “Do you want to kill me to prove your Dao?”
“Why would I kill you? If this is about me interrupting your cultivation back then, don't worry about it...”
He'd barely finished asking when Yan Duzhou started shaking him by the shoulders again.
“Why don't you want to kill me? Aren't you a Heartless Dao cultivator?”
“You still won't let me be your cultivation partner? You were the one who forced me into this in the first place! Are you really just pretending to be with me? I knew that kiss just now was an act too! Jiang Yungui, do you even have a heart? You don't have a heart at all! ...Forget it, what pastries do you want today?”
Jiang Yungui: ...?
A top who gets jealous of everyone and everything, and goes crazy whenever he thinks about being in love × a bottom who doesn't understand him but indulges him without limits ()
*Our familiar couple's back-and-forth, devoted 1v1 romance with a happy ending. They date like elementary schoolers, and their love-brained antics don't get in the way of business ^_^
*An unconventional Heartless Dao. Not that bizarre kind where you kill your spouse to prove your Dao.
*The top fell in love at first sight and is so lovesick it's almost bizarre, so this may not suit top-focused readers. The bottom is an aloof beauty to everyone else but gives his partner whatever he wants, so this may not suit bottom-focused readers.
Theme: A heart as steadfast as stone
Every time I see Xiaowen saying that he is a bad bird, I always want to praise the good bird in the comments, but every time I suddenly feel that this is not a good thing and choke up, how could it be like this!
This kind of ancient material is indeed too authoritative. Now when I type a line, I have to scroll through my phone for ten minutes in embarrassment... [Changed]
I support you, boss, in writing in the first person [Come on]. I feel like both sides of the first person are so cute.
I finished reading it in one go, it's so well written [Spread flowers][Spread flowers][Come on]
Although it was a bit sad to see the scene of old friends getting together, thinking about buying sweet-scented osmanthus and carrying wine together, it was not like a teenage trip. Fortunately, the painful things are over~Xiaolin Xiaowen's infinitely happy future has just begun[Purple Tang][Purple Sugar][Purple Sugar] Finished with flowers~~
I asked the teacher if he plans to write about the ruthless road. I really like the setting of that article [poor]
I really like the chef's fragrant rice! ! !
Wow is connected with the beginning www
I finished reading it in one go. It's really well written, teacher! ! It's been a long time since I've seen such a beautiful article on JJ! The writing is really good😍😍😍💓💓
Good looking! Will there be any new extras? There's not enough to watch [please]
