The Strongest Chuunibyou in Ice Emperor History, Reporting In!!

On the first day of school, a strange figure wrapped from head to toe in a black cloak appeared at the gates of Hyotei.

Just as everyone at Hyotei thought this was some lunatic bent on taking revenge on society and was about to call the police...

The Emperor of Hyotei suddenly appeared, a rare crack in his usually flawless expression.

"Atobe Kagemasa... Take that tacky rag off right now!"

The good news: The newcomer wasn't a lunatic...

The bad news: He was President Atobe's own younger brother!!

*

Atobe Kagemasa has a terminal case of eighth-grader syndrome.

Unlike his brother, who loves scattering rose petals, striking handsome poses, snapping his fingers to summon his devoted fans, and having everyone "focus on me"...

His delusions are a little more down-to-earth.

When his brother gives him an order, his first reaction is:

"A mere insect dares to wield the king's scepter? How dare you..."

But when the other man holds out a black card, he promptly drops to one knee:

"This old servant will never let it offend your eyes again! My Lord!"

The tennis club members: "..."

The Atobe family's eighth-grader-syndrome genes...

Can they really evolve even further!?
