Belizev, born in a run-down town in Italy, has a childhood friend who looks really fierce.

During that time, the Distillery even sent Belizev undercover to the Japan Metropolitan Police Department. She rose through the ranks and was on track to become the next police superintendent when a sudden message arrived from Varia:
