I Kissed the Galaxy to Come See You

After her jewelry business goes bankrupt, a designer finds an alien girl who can turn stone into gold.

On a stormy night, at an abandoned factory where she is about to be hired, she runs into a mysterious girl trailing smoke as she falls from the sky.

The girl lightly touches a brick with her palm, and a vast golden mist rises in an instant, lighting up the designer's life just as it reaches its breaking point.

"I can help you pay off your debts, but you have to teach me... how to live like a person from Earth."

Noah takes off her necklace, set with a galaxy, while the light of the Milky Way shimmers in her amber eyes.

Lin Zhao discovers that this girl, who claims to be an heir to alchemy, can't tell a subway ticket from a credit card, but can condense starlight into a warm lamp while Lin Zhao stays up late drawing.

She can't make sense of a business contract, but in front of debt collectors she can turn an entire wall of concrete into a mountain of gold.

When jewelry merchants set their sights on this mysterious power and a warning of destruction arrives from Noah's distant home, Lin Zhao burns her designs and grips Noah's cold hand. "I don't want a mountain of gold. I only want you!"

At last, the girl who crossed light-years learns to melt the galaxy into a ring in the human way, and place it on her lover's finger.
