It Has to Be You

Seven years ago, Deng Huanxin and Gao Jinfei were college sweethearts. Insecure about her family background and uncertain about the future, Deng Huanxin broke up with Gao on her own shortly before graduation and left for another city.

Gao Jinfei chased her to the airport, but all she saw was Deng Huanxin walking away without looking back.

Seven years later, Gao Jinfei's design studio is facing a cash-flow crisis and needs venture capital to survive.

She prepares carefully and walks into the investor's meeting room, only to find the person seated at the head of the table is the woman she's hated for seven years.

Deng Huanxin approves the investment in a strictly professional manner, but attaches a personal condition: Gao Jinfei must "cooperate" with her on a year-long business project. Officially, she's a brand consultant. In reality... she wants Gao to be with her.

Gao Jinfei is furious, but grits her teeth and agrees for the sake of her studio.

And so, two women with their own agendas begin an intense tug-of-war disguised as a business partnership.
