Starting from Scratch: A Medieval Dragon-Slaying Squad [Western Fantasy]

Actually, it isn't really starting from scratch, since this little party has already managed to recruit:

1. Galatea, a valiant warrior. Her magnificent muscles and the curved blade at her waist are enough to make any scoundrel who bullies the weak or acts unjustly tremble. Of course, if she didn't love drinking and playing cards so much, Aster wouldn't have to fish her out of the loudest crowd in the tavern all the time...

2. Hector, a wandering bard skilled at composing and singing. So far, he seems to be the most delicate member of the party. He insists indignantly that the power of knowledge and words is the greatest of all, and nearly knocked over my ink bottle.

...And so on.

All in all, we've made every necessary preparation.

All that's missing is the dragon.

So where exactly is the dragon?

And don't keep reminding me that the latest rumors about them are from a thousand years ago, Aster. I know!

"Before You Read":

1. An ensemble cast in a Western fantasy setting. The story has a complex mix of BL, GL, and BG, so please read with that in mind.

2. The confirmed pairing so far is Aster and Iger.

3. There really are dragons in this world. Really.

Core theme: Ideals must never be empty.
