The Domineering CEO Lou Spoils His Wife: Where Are You Running Off To, Madam? [GB]

[Soap opera drama >>>>> logic]

Lou Chaoran is an all-powerful queen in her circle. Rumor has it she is cold, haughty, and ruthless.

Yet she falls in love at first sight with a man whose only redeeming quality is his beauty, then relentlessly pursues him and takes him by force.

In public, she is distant and aloof. In private, she holds him by the waist and spoils him endlessly.

Everyone assumes Lou Chaoran is just acting on a whim. They even start a betting pool on how long her interest in that man will last.

Chu Jing thinks so too. He does not love her; he only wants to get away.

Then, when unexpected developments bring old clues back to light, he realizes he loved the wrong person. He trusted an insubstantial piece of evidence and lost all those years in which he could have built a real relationship with Lou Chaoran.

Before he can confess his feelings, news arrives that she has been in a car accident.

Chu Jing rushes over in a panic, only to learn the truth behind an old incident.

The person who destroyed his family had the surname Lou.

Lou Chaoran is truly all-powerful. And right now, I am truly a shameless sucker for melodrama.

Theme: How can we let go of love and hate?
