Becoming Scotland's Shadow

Where there is light, he is inseparable from Scotland. Where there is darkness, Scotland is held in his arms.

Kaji Yelan has no grand ambitions. His one wish in life is to become Scotland's shadow.

That way, he can watch over him forever.

*

From the first day Scotland went undercover at the distillery, a gaze from the corner latched onto him.

He couldn't refuse.

Because that gaze always stayed hidden in the dark, never confessing its feelings to him.

Just like a shadow. In the light, Scotland could feel that gaze watching him all the time. In the dark, it wound tightly around him.

He fell into a cold embrace.

[In this colorful world, darkness will not bury the ending you and I share.]

[My gaze, my heartbeat, and my breath are all telling you:]

Shh.

The moonlight is beautiful tonight.

1. Scotland x Kaji Yelan (Scotch and Vermouth, happy ending, out-of-character changes warning).

2. Counterfeit liquor diluted with water, with an abstract, cryptic plot.

3. Still the same clingy writing style, but I'm working hard to improve.

Thesis: Love brings hope.
