Untamable stray dog x little mute girl

-

Wei Ye first met Qi Pan'er in the summer when he bullied her younger brother.

The little mute grabbed the hem of his clothes. Her eyes could not hide their fear, yet they were full of stubbornness.

There were two things he hated most in life:

People who had never suffered, and kind people who were easy to bully.

The little mute was both.

So he kept blocking her way, again and again, hating how weak and easy to bully she was.

Later,

when he became a business legend and reached the top, where no one else could follow,

a reporter interviewed him and asked what he regretted most in his life.

He fell silent, then slowly signed a string of words no one else understood.

In that snowless winter,

the clear-eyed girl named Pan'er made him a promise.

"Wait until I grow up."

"I'll take you home."

Reader's Note:

The story is told from both leads' perspectives, the male lead's first and then the female lead's. Only after reading both parts will you have the complete story.

The male lead has been reborn several times.

Very short, very old-school, very melodramatic, very painful.

This is an expanded version of a short story of around a thousand words. The plot is very, very narrow: an imperfect love between two people whose thoughts are stunted by outdated beliefs.

An old-school stray dog with a gentle girl, old-school redemption. Please don't read if that's not for you!

Theme: Imperfection is the best version of the present
