Can't Do It, UvU

Cheng Simiao’s boss has a troublesome son named Song Zhaoyu. As the most reliable executive assistant at Jianda Group, Cheng Simiao’s work and personal life overlap with his boss’s far too often, so he occasionally has to help look after Song Zhaoyu. Ever since Song Zhaoyu was in middle school, Cheng Simiao has sometimes tutored him when he skipped class every day, cooked for him when he ate erratically, attended parent-teacher conferences on his boss’s behalf and hidden the teachers’ endless complaints, and cleaned up after the young master got into trouble... Now that Song Zhaoyu has graduated from college this year and joined the company, Cheng Simiao has taken on the occasional duty of guiding the workplace newcomer, Mr. Song Junior. But that’s all in the past now, because Cheng Simiao has resigned. At the farewell dinner held for him, Cheng Simiao made a show of raising a glass to his boss and said with heartfelt emotion, “Thank you, Mr. Song, for nurturing me all these years. Even though I’m leaving Jianda, if either you or Mr. Song Junior ever needs me, I’ll do everything I can to help...” Song Zhaoyu believed him. In fact, Song Zhaoyu had always thought Cheng Simiao was the person who loved him most. All these years, Cheng Simiao had treated him with the warmth of a spring breeze, always granted his requests, and pulled him out of the rebellious quagmire of “My family is rich, but nobody loves me, so I hate the world.” He loved Cheng Simiao too. But the day after Cheng Simiao quit, Song Zhaoyu messaged him and got a red exclamation mark in reply. Song Zhaoyu’s eyes widened. Former executive assistant bottom x young master top. A sort of younger-man romance with a lively, chaotic romantic comedy. One-on-one, happy ending. Ten-year age gap: the bottom is 31, the top is 21. [No real angst, no actual running away. They both love each other. The blurb is purely comedic, so please be aware if that’s not your thing!] Theme: Build your own little world.
