Books That Aren't to My Taste: Keeping Them for Myself, Don't Click
These aren't recommendations, I repeat, not recommendations. Just my personal opinions. Things I avoid: childbirth, raising kids, farming, forum posts, handing things over to the authorities, dream trios, sports competitions, criminal investigations, and the Fourth Calamity.
A Cat’s Floral Language Is “First Come, First Served” [All Chapters Unlocked]
[Historical danmei / modern danmei / mostly sweet, with little angst] Adorable catboy bottoms, all precious babies. (Five stars = reread for my own enjoyment.)
Recommendations and DNF Warnings (Full Version)
A fan of handsome, cool, beautiful, adorable, and sickly bottoms. Handsome, cool bottoms are treasures of the world. Plot-driven stories with outrageous twists, where the bottom is strong and the top is even stronger. Contains a small amount of BG romance (for fans of the female lead).
Recommended Reading List

Transmigrate into a Book
Excludes quick transmigration stories that involve transmigrating through multiple books, as well as anthology-style stories.
Just for Myself, No Browsing for Books, All Complaints
I often only read a few chapters. I’ve noted why I dropped each one, so beware: I can be a bit harsh, and these are all personal dealbreakers. I’m writing this down so I don’t forget why I dropped a book, since I keep revisiting the ones I abandoned.
1V1 CP, Bottom-Leaning Romance-Focused BL
CPs, mostly focused on the bottom; I’m into doting tops and romance-focused stories.
Stories I've Read More Than Five Times [2]
Includes danmei, romance, and no-romance stories. I only gave them four stars because JJ won't let me give five anymore. Any five-star ratings were given before. I'll keep updating.
Some Stories with Manly Tops I Like (and a Few Manly Bottoms)
My taste is CPJ, and a little unusual. I’m not necessarily into what most people would call male-centric stories. I like romances with the emotional intensity turned all the way up. I’ll update this list from time to time for my own rereading.
Let the Past Drift Away Like Running Water
Just keeping records. I've forgotten how I felt when I read many of these novels...
Sweet Stories
A product fan who leans toward the bottoms~
Reading Roundup
Just keeping a personal record
Emperor-Gong Worldbuilding
I really enjoy domineering, patriarchal seme characters (the opinions below are entirely subjective. If you disagree, don’t argue with me, and no spoilers in my comments).
Mostly Bottoms, Switches Welcome
A little bit of everything I'm interested in.
Historical BL
See title.
Ancient Danmei Recommendations
Includes transmigrate into a book, transmigrate, reborn, and more.
Historical Fiction (Male Lead, Protagonist Top, Protagonist Bottom)
Contains spoilers. I'm worried I'll forget which is which, so I'll summarize some distinctive details from the stories.
[For Personal Use] Historical BL
Putting together a list of everything I've read, just for myself qwq
Average
Saving the ones I find so-so and can’t keep reading, so I don’t forget them
Abandoned Novel Log
I’ll give all kinds of books a quick look and briefly sum up why I dropped each one and how I felt about it
Reading Notes: Personal Taste, Usually Bottoms
Enter with caution if you're very particular about top and bottom roles! Note: Some popular stories I've read before have things I dislike. I included them because I like how the bottoms are written, but I'll make the things that might bother you clear. Use your own judgment.
Mo Yu Shuang
Sweetheart, my darling baby
Cultivation · Historical BL · Historical RPF · Wuxia
Beautifully written and compelling books that stuck with me despite how many I’ve read. I’ll keep updating this.
Sweet Romance Above All
No groveling-after-a-breakup angst, no misunderstandings. Just an incredibly sweet couple who only have eyes for each other. Most importantly, they actually communicate!
