My Secret Identity Is Actually Me!

"Here's the situation: the world is about to be destroyed, so I used the last bit of my energy to bind myself to you." The black cat with mismatched eyes let out a sigh of relief, apparently delighted that it had managed to bind itself to him at the last possible moment.

Chiba Hara lowered his head and said, "Find someone else. I don't feel like saving the world."

The mysterious cat: "Huh?"

Chiba Hara had just been overtaken by one and a half laps in a race and was feeling thoroughly dejected.

After he coldly refused, the cat clung to his leg and cried for three days, until he finally changed his mind.

"So what am I supposed to do?"

"Find the mutated creatures and kill them."

"And what's my cheat ability?"

"…" The cat narrowed its eyes guiltily, its tail starting to swish back and forth uneasily.

Chiba Hara scrunched up his face, flopped onto the bed, and yelled, "You can't be even less reliable than me!"

"I can temporarily borrow the secret identities of your counterparts in parallel worlds. You can use their abilities to change the world's fate." The cat closed its eyes and shouted even louder.

That actually sounded kind of interesting.

His real identity was that of an ordinary high school student, but that didn't matter. His otherworldly secret identities included sorcerers, curse users, higher-ups in the jujutsu world, and even Tengen…

So many. No, wait, this was awesome.

(Points upward) A smiling soybean wearing glasses said, "Hey, I've got a great idea."

His secret identities looked a lot like him, but that didn't matter. He could be his own dad, his own older brother, and his own younger sister.

Suguru Geto rarely found himself at a loss, but at this moment he was baffled. How could anyone be so capable? Was his classmate even human?

Satoru Gojo was utterly confused. In less than a month, he discovered that his orphaned classmate's dad was a higher-up in the jujutsu world, his older brother wore a mask and worked as a curse user, and his younger sister might be a Star Plasma Vessel. Everyone seemed to have some earth-shattering, evil master plan, while his classmate just happily goofed around every day.

Shoko Ieiri was just as confused. One day, she spotted a classmate sneaking around and burning incense. At first, she thought one of his relatives had died, but the memorial tablet clearly read "Chiba Hara's Grave." Seriously, couldn't Tokyo Jujutsu High have one normal person?

Chiba Hara: "Hey, it's another beautiful day."

1. No one discovers his secret identities.

2. Everyone survives.
