Collecting Rent in a Horror Game [Infinite]

An amnesiac little angel in the beginning, later a beauty with top-tier combat ability shou x a sharp and clever gong who spoils his wife

·

A high-dimensional game descended upon Earth, bringing monsters, disasters, fog...

Drawn into this game, Yan Mu's mission was different from those of the other players.

When he woke up in a room, the floor was covered with red property deeds.

Two words were written on a note on the wall: Collect rent.

Yan Mu: "...?"

·

A group of NPCs lived inside the game.

They were trapped in the game, suffering day and night as their energy slowly faded away. Their only means of earning players' points was by opening shops and selling things.

Very few players could make their way here. Their lives were extraordinarily difficult, and at one point they had all but lost hope.

Until the appearance of a bewildered, black-haired boy.

He was their landlord.

The boy had the power to dispel the darkness. They regarded him as a god, and he was their only hope of surviving there...

·

Every player knew that the NPCs in the "System Shop" were all vicious and cruel. Every time you walked in, they tried to empty your pockets of every last point.

They were also insanely strong, and impossible to beat.

Then they saw a gentle, black-haired boy leaving one shop after another, while the normally fearsome NPCs served him tea and waited on him with utmost respect.

Watching players: ???

Just shut the game down. This is pointless.

·

At first, the players thought he was just a special NPC.

Until the eternal night fell...

An endless radiance drifted slowly from the black-haired boy, like a second sun.

"Don't be afraid. I'll take all of you with me to a new world."

Players who came later: Let go of Mu! I want to worship him!

Theme: Never give up hope.
