Your Fortune-Telling Is Way Off

[Surprise release in the second half of 2024] [Complete]

Superstitious director Meng Xiangling x charlatan professor Zhuang Jiuzhou, switch, short romance-focused story.

A young man in sunglasses enthusiastically offered fortune-telling on the street. Meng Xiangling, still hung up on his ex after being dumped, tossed out, "Your fortune-telling doesn't work," and left, full of doubts.

But reality slapped him in the face, hard enough to leave him reeling.

Forget that stupid ex.

Meng Xiangling would remember Zhuang Jiuzhou, the charlatan who'd practically forced his phone number on him and was freakishly accurate at fortune-telling.

Zhuang Jiuzhou was pretty handsome, too. Aside from being mysterious, he kept doing thankless things that earned him no money. Who knew why?

One fortune after another, and every reading was both wrong and right.

Meng Xiangling realized that Zhuang Jiuzhou's readings came true, but the fortune-teller himself never believed them.

Just like him.

"This reading says you've already met your destined match."

Meng Xiangling stared at Zhuang Jiuzhou, his heart racing, his feelings complicated.

"Your reading... really is accurate!"
