The Mix-Up Matchmaker

[This story has been exclusively licensed for a non-commercial audio drama.]

Zhao Shuangyan is the Land God of Heping City, and also the local matchmaker, famous among worshippers for being "very effective at granting romantic wishes." Single people of marriageable age from all over have nearly worn down the threshold of Yanshen Temple.

But the innocent humans don't know that this "Lord Yan" has always been pure and celibate, and is single himself.

One day, Lord Yan was so busy that he made a mistake. He performed a divination and tied the red thread of a handsome, wealthy pilot to a passerby visiting Heping, bringing the two men together in marriage. This was bad. Even if their birth charts were a perfect match, he had to hurry after them and untie the thread!

Who could have guessed that the matchmaker god would end up breaking up a happy match born of a misunderstanding? What a cursed fate!

The violent warrior Qin Tiezhu, no, Qin Tiehan, no, Qin Tiehan, the general, happened to fall from heaven into Yanshen Temple and was promptly recruited by Lord Yan as a laborer.

Heaven help them: things did not go according to the gods' wishes. In the end, little Yan'er had to feed him and keep him happy, and even tie her own red thread to his.

Oh dear, that's fate for you. You just have to believe!
