The Infrastructure Player Doesn't Waste Words

In short, the player makes a grand return! This time, the mission is to save... Oh, there's no need to save anyone. It's just a city-building game, after all.

So it's perfectly reasonable for the all-powerful player, "What's Wrong with Being a Tyrant?", to ignore those useless politicians and all the conflicts between ability users, and focus solely on playing her little city-building game. It's not as if she tears the city apart like a Lego set, with a small skirmish every month and a major battle every three months.

And even if you look at it from a different angle, compared to those scumbags who don't treat people as people, citizens as citizens, the city economy as an economy, or the city's reputation as a reputation, the sudden arrival of a "tyrant" who cares about nothing but urban development is clearly the number one candidate for "Loves This City (and Its Construction) Most."

Anyway, not a single Yokohama resident objects.

They watch as the city stops suffering a small battle every month and a demolition every three months. They watch the rate of ability-related crime fall, the mafia and other criminal groups lose their grip, and beautiful buildings rise over the craters. They decide that the useless politicians of the past can just keep being useless.

Besides, the free support system will give anyone who objects their answer.

And don't go thinking the player is some kindhearted person. Don't forget, she's a "tyrant". For now, she just happens to cherish this toy called Yokohama.

■ The game does not merge with reality. The player has always been a player.
