Synopsis

In one isolated universe, the Bat Family are the only vigilantes in the world, keeping a lonely watch over Gotham.

In another world, the Super Family keeps growing, but none of them have their own Bat (crossed out).

Now the two worlds are merging. Batman is on high alert over the sudden appearance of a bunch of aliens next door, while a young reporter accidentally bumps into the neighboring world's richest man at a cocktail party!

The Red Hood intercepts a Bizarro at the harbor. The Red Robin encounters a cool guy in a leather jacket and sunglasses while investigating in Metropolis.

On the first day Damian meets Jon, he brazenly drags his private property home with him. When Barbara is forced into a wheelchair, she meets a sweetheart of a girl who carries her soaring through the sky.

At first, the Bat Family's attitude toward the Super Family: Be wary. Be suspicious. Don't stare at the pretty Kryptonians.

Then they suddenly realize that all these Kryptonians seem to have grown up on sunshine and honey. They're kind of cute... Uh-oh, we can't resist anymore!

The Bat and the Birds: Kryptonian partners are the best~ But why do our new ordinary (emphasis on ordinary) friends Clark / Connor / Jon / Kara keep showing up in dangerous places? (sigh.jpg)

The only one who stays out of it, Dick: You guys... don't you think your ordinary friends look exactly like your Kryptonian partners? ⊙_⊙

The Bat-style "Guess Who I Am" game is in full swing, and the Bluebird is the only one not playing.

A few things to know before reading:

1. The Bat Family is in a separate universe, having a rough and tragic time, when they're suddenly attacked by the sunny puppy-like Super Family. They're forced (not really) to open their hearts, and the story shifts from dark and angsty to fun and suitable for all ages.

2. The main plot is the Bat Family being wary at first and then loving it. There's a lethal dose of secret-identity shenanigans. The only confirmed couples are SuperBat and KonTim (both characters are adults).

3. There are lots of original plotlines and settings mixed together. For example, Barbara becomes paralyzed after Damian arrives, so don't read this if you're strict about canon.

Theme: Cooperation benefits everyone.

Ultra-English British and American Fiction

Superhero stories, any pairing goes. Most are just written to ship couples, though, so they don't stick very closely to canon.
