A Road Trip With My Ancestors! [History Livestream]

- An Xia quit her job and decided to take some time off. She got into her beloved car and set off on a road trip to admire the country’s magnificent landscapes. And to keep her wallet from getting empty too quickly, she gladly took a friend’s recommendation and officially started working as a travel streamer. What she didn’t know was that the fans lurking silently in her livestream were all her ancestors. Later... At the statue of Jiang Wei at Jianmen Pass, the streamer excitedly posed for photos. Jiang Wei, stationed at Jiange Pass: “...Thanks for asking. This is a little awkward.” Across the river, looking at the Leshan Giant Buddha, the streamer chatted away about the historical background. Tang Xuanzong, mentioned several times: “I didn’t build the Buddha. Why do you keep bringing up the An Lushan Rebellion?” Along the way, she ran into a tourist hoping to visit Chang’an and enthusiastically recommended that they stand in front of the First Emperor’s mausoleum and recite, “The king bears a sword.” Ying Zheng: “...I didn’t do anything to you!” Note: This entire story is a product of the author’s imagination, so it inevitably reflects personal biases and opinions. Please be understanding~ If something really isn’t to your taste, I hope we can part on good terms. Please try not to scold the author. I’m sensitive and will cry for a long time if you do! Thank you! [Reader’s Guide: 1. This is essentially a travelogue, not a historical novel. The worlds shown in the livestream are all parallel universes. 2. The author isn’t a history expert. I’ll try to stick to the historical facts, but there will inevitably be some mistakes and personal bias. Readers who want to learn about history should refer to reliable historical sources. 3. There will be some artistic liberties and memes. For dramatic effect, some famous quotations won’t follow the historical timeline. They’re just for fun. 4. This novel is mainly about the heroine’s road trip, so she’ll get a lot of attention. The livestream content is conversational and jumps from topic to topic, but the heroine will try to remain in the background. 5. This is fiction, so please ignore details like passersby appearing on camera and whether tourist attractions allow livestreaming. 6. Historical figures all have their own fans. Let’s discuss them peacefully. 7. This story is based on the author’s personal travel experiences.
